Nozomu (Nez) Tokugawa is the Executive Chef and our Guru. Born in Japan, a passion to nourish people with both food and hospitality is in his blood. Founded with his wife, Donna, The Taste of Tea aims to bring a sophisticated and traditional, yet approachable and fun atmosphere. Daughter, Tai, supports this vision serving as Co-Owner and General Manager. Our Team are locals, your neighbors, friends, people of passion, who all make omotenashi their priority.
