From the moment you enter you know the only difference between The Taste of Tea and anywhere else is everything. More than a place, you enter a new state of mind, balanced in art, science and Omotenashi; the spirit of Japanese Hospitality.
The Taste of Tea is a multi-faceted business with a restaurant serving authentic Japanese Cuisine, Sake and Beer. The Tea Bar features over 80 different teas, we import from small farmers, and then use in delicious mixologist crafted drinks. There is a boutique, featuring local and imported items focused on Japanese culture, tea, and wellness.
Every associate is cross trained to provide well rounded knowledge and ultimately become a Tea Docent with additional opportunities to move into management. Cuisine is focused to the Kansai region of Japan and specializes in comfort food and old traditions. A small teams ensures consistent quality and taste, prior experience is preferred, however one could train up from Prep.
