Glass Gaiwan

If you use a Gaiwan as a brew/drink vessel simply place the leave in the cup, add your water and brew. Once ready pick up all three pieces in one hand using your thumb to hold the lid slightly opened but on the cup and your ring and pinky finger to hold the saucer with the cup "cupped" next to your index finger. Sounds complicated but after two or three attempts you will be drinking like they do in China! Gaiwans also make WONDERFUL small teapots when paired with a serve pot to decant into.
